Changed your mind or picked the wrong size? Send it back within 14 days of delivery.
What we accept
Unworn pairs in their original box, with tags and all accessories intact. Try them on indoors on a clean surface.
Sale items can be exchanged for a different size but are not refundable.
How to start a return
Sign in, open My Orders, choose the order and select Return or Exchange. Our team reviews the request within 24 hours and arranges pickup.
Refunds
Once your parcel reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method, or as bKash/Nagad transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.
Faulty pairs
Manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days. Send photos to care@kyrado.com and we'll replace or repair at no cost.
